Discus and support Service troubles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the physical copy of MW2 and just downloaded MW3.     I have the physical copy of MW2 and just downloaded MW3. Some friends were playing MW2 and for some reason it won't let me get into anything MW2 related but then no issues messing in MW3. Can't tell if disc can be read or not but before getting the new one it did fine

    Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

    Reboot PC

    Install gaming service like you would normally

    On the Xbox360 console, when you try to make a change in Billing Information under Account Management, it will show you the parental account.

    Please start by resetting your parental account password. If that does not work and your still getting a loop or giving you an error,
    please reach out to the Microsoft Account team here as this is a Microsoft account issue and not something that anyone on Xbox
    Support forums can help you with.

    When making a post on their forums, please make sure to explain your problem very carefully and in full so they are best able to assist you.
