service request return label for an already raised service request

If you have received an email with the shipping label, check the top of the email it should say "Having trouble viewing this email? View in browser", Click that and it will take you to another version of the email, click the link on the email to go to the Microsoft support page, and you should be able to find it there.

When you raise the service request using the link below you will be able to print out the return shipping label. I'm in the UK and recently had to recently send my console for repair when I raised the repair request the console was shipped to Germany for
the repair.

You should be able to arrange to get your controller serviced through this
support page, If you have any issues raising the service request through this website please use the
contact us option and when requested select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support and they should be able to help with raising the service request.

I raised a service support request with the Rewards team 2 days ago and the email says they will be in touch within 24 hours and gives me a service request number with no way to look it up to track the progress.
