Service repair is missing

I bought an elite custom controller for my son for Christmas. It was faulty. I returned in the normal way using a mailing label supplied by MS. It was received and I could track its progress in my MS account, arrived in the service center on Jan 4 2024.

Now it has disappeared off the repair status system.

I cannot contact MS. No chat, no email, no phone calls. The service is shockingly bad.

What can I do to get a refund? I don't care about the repair at this stage. I just want a refund. Any ideas? Thanks,

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through. For this type of case I suggest you request a REFUND for this, there is a form, which is as follows:

There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

They've confirmed they've received it, so that's the main thing - it's not lost in the mail. Do you know what was wrong with it. I'd imagine the scale of the repair could affect how long it takes to get done. Plus we don't know how many other devices
are in for repair right now. There's also currently the possibility coronavirus is affecting things

i sent my xbox in January we now in March take 2 moths to repair , why don't send me new one

I think you need to send the one back or they might charge you. I would recommend calling the repair number again
