    I have been waiting patiently for four hours to be able to be able access my library games and etc. We have gotten no word to the issue. We as the consumers deserve a response from xbox or microsoft. All of the people who pay with their hard earned money
    for their services deserve to know what is going on, and how long it is going to take to fix the issue.

    Im sick of it all. Microsoft needs some major updates. The store is glitchy and annoying to navigate enough as it is. So many errors all the time, so much that lags and im runnin an xbox one X with great connection speed.

    That page says all games are operating normally. Pretty frustrating that they can't even update the outage page properly but want you to pay $14.99 a month for game pass and xbox live. $180 a year for this service? Might as well go to Playstation
