    Service order for controller has dissapeared


    So recently I noticed that my controller had massive stickdrift, only recently bought it ( like 5 months ago ) Luckily I could file a service order, receive a transport label and send the controller back for repair or replacement.

    Dropped it off at the ups acesspoint, however the status here on the microsoft website never changed. I have received a delivery confirmation that the package had arrived at the service centre, but now the entire service order is gone if I view my devices within my microsoft account.

    Does anybody know how to solve it, or how to contact the right department for these kind of service orders?
