service isnt working

every game i have downloaded wont work only games on disc. right after i click on the game it just says ( sorry, looks like our service isnt working right ) i dont know whats going on and i cant seem to find a chat with support anywhere pls help...

Help - Gold Membership NOT WORKING

Same thing happened to me. Cant call support. The "service alert" is gone, yet it still isnt working

 

Connected to the Internet but not to Xbox LIVE.

Still not working for me. Bit confused as to why the service status is saying everything is working correctly when it still isnt for me!
