“Service Info Unavailable” on new xbox

my old xbox was connecting to the internet but kept displaying “Service Info unavailable” bought a brand new series s and still showed the same exact thing. i’ve tried EVERYTHING i could find and try on here still won’t work don’t know what else to do.

yeah i can but it’s horrendously slow and can’t even run a game but then yet every time i get an “It’s All Good (your console is connected to the internet) “ and i click continue it immediately pops up as “Service Info Unavailable”

Have you tried clearing your MAC address?

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.
