Service Centre issues

Morning all,

Can anyone give me any pointers for getting some feedback from Xbox. I sent my Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 back due to a faulty LB button and trigger restrictor things coming off constantly. This was sent nearly 2 weeks ago using the UPS label provided
and UPS have confirmed that it was delivered to the service centre in Frankfurt last Wednesday. I still have no correspondance from Microsoft confirming that they have received it. I appreciate that the current situation with COVID will have issues and delays
to such requests but if someone has accepted it's delivery surely it can't be too tricky for me to get an update for what was a £160 purchase.

There is now no way in which i can contact microsoft with phone lines and online chats closed down . . . any help as to how i can chase this up (with acknowledgement of receipt only)

With everything going on with COVID-19 I know that the team at Microsoft is taking HEALTH & SAFETY very serious! This could cause a lot of delays on everything! I would say patience is the key here! Also give these a look over should help you be able

I think this is sound advice. For your reference, even without COVID-19, but around christmas holidays, I had to wait slightly over 3 weeks for my Xbox One to return from the service center. I understand that a two week wait seems long when gaming with your
controller is your favourite passtime, but please exercise some patience, I'm sure things will work out for you!

Considering all issues with covid - 19, even Microsoft is observing safety concerns resulting in delays. But accessing your micosoft acct. to bring your issue to there attn: could bring about a response from them at some point.

My issue is not with waiting, i can wait for a return, my concern is not having confirmation that my device has arrived.

I appreciate that this is the case and i am not concerned so much with the repair/replacement taking longer than expected, my concern is that i have a very expensive piece of hardware that i have no acknowledgement of them receiving and a timer ticking
on the 'send us your device in 30 day's' after which they could potential shut down the service request and leave me device-less.
