    Service Alerts and 2K problems


    i have an xbox 360 and have checked the status and says working but still have trouble shooted as discussed and still nothing helps - is it also a 2k problem as even though connected to live still wont work on 2k game such as NBA.

    Is there actually fix as from discussion groups there doesnt seem to be one ?

    NBA 2K 17

    So checked live connection and getting a service alert in yellow.

    i have tried the ones suggested on the support page being - Check status and checking connection but niether seem to work.

    Hey Peter,

    Thank you for the fast response. As far as the
    service alert     goes, it should only be affecting Ace Combat 6 and Anthem. The reason you are not able to play your NBA 2k17 is the servers for that have been shut down according to

    2K support     themselves. The NBA games they still have active are NBA 2k18 and NBA 2K19.
