    Hello.

    I have problems with bay on the games stores. I wanted to buy some track pack, but immediately appear error 80167611, I immediately go on xbox.com/errorhelp but don't understand what to do?

    And after that error,

    when in network settings click on test xbox live connection, it's show
    xbox stores - service alert

    and on Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage, Services - Purchase and Content Usage Limited

    Affected platforms: Xbox one [but i have xbox 360]

    Affected services: Buying downloadable items, Downloading items that you have already purchased,Paying for downloadable items with a credit card

    what can i do?

    trouble connecting to xbox live and alerts

    I cant connect to xbox live and when I test connection it says service: service alert xbox stores: service alert

    Several TV/Video Apps Broken after Last Update

    Daily Motion app is also unavailable though service alert says up/running. Also current service alert says affected platform is XBox One but it is also affecting some stores purchasing on 360.

    Yesterday I bought Fallout 3 for 5 bucks, awesome. The initial exchanged worked well, Microsoft got its money but the game will not download. I ran a system check and saw the Purchase and Content Usage Limited alert. Does that mean I have to wait it out
    or is their something I should have done? Thanks

    I found out a way guys, just disconnected from ur wifi and then connect again it should work, it worked for me
