    Has anybody any idea how long this service alert issue is going to continue?, it's coming up to 3 days now, there is no notification about this issue, no apologies about the issue or the time it is taking to correct, it seems every time I log in there are
    more issues than before, and now I cannot even talk to an advisor as every time I go into that section it says an error has occurred and to try again, please anyone any answers?.

    Might not be intirely their fault, software crashes, and bugs are a fact of life. Sure it sucks, but you cant complain as this hardly ever happens!
