    Please fix the xbl service alert involving cod aw exo zombies.

    If you are attempting to play Exo Zombies in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and you receive the message "A downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out", you’ll need to allow the free DLC “Compatibility Pack 1” to be downloaded
    and installed. To do this, log in to Xbox Live, start the game, and you should see the message “New required content has been added to your Active Downloads. This content is free and required to play online.” Allow the content to download and install.
    You can check its download status by going to Active Downloads: Xbox button, Games & Apps, Active Downloads.

    You can not even launch the game at all including campaign multilayer and exo zombies with out the compatibility pack and if you try to launch the game it forces the download of the compatibility pack and if you do not download it or the download is not complete
    you can not go past the title screen of cod aw

    This is in no way a solution to the problem

    even with the compatibility pack exo zombies still does not work

    This service alert message needs to be changed

    Can i please get a update ,as to what is happening with the Season Pass, I did not know there was a issue and just bought the game and season pass today , the zombie add on is not working, It will load the story mode within the game ,but just as the game
    should start , the Additional Content required will come up. .I have deleted the compatibility packs and reinstalled, cleared the system cache, created a new profile not linked to xbox live , all to no avail...HELP...what is going on.....there is no recent
    threads on this issue. Thanks.

    after doing the following steps exo zombies still does not work

    clear cache

    power cycle xbox

    power drain xbox

    delete cod aw title update havoc dlc compatibility pack and reinstall all

    still receiving the error a downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out and neither are true as i am signed in and have havoc dlc and the compatibility pack downloaded

    xbox support is blaming activision and activision is blaming xbox ????

    Its a little upsetting how much i paid for this game and the season pass for it not to work and to be told by xbox susport we are working on it we do not have a time or date it will be fixed but we are working on it

  6. I am having no problems with the new multiplayer maps or the ae4 including the new variant but i also had it before the dlc release from the season pass

  7. 1 start up exo zombies and get error message downloadable content has been removed or all profiles signed out

    2 sign out of your profile that has xbox live 3 create new profile (do not sign up for live)

    4 start up exo zombies with the new profile that does not have xbox live (you should get the cinematic and brightness/screen adjustment)

    5 in the exo zombies menu select xbox live and you should be forced to sign in again select your profile that has xbox live

    After receiving text that cod advance warfare zombies was working it still isn't working!!!!! Please fix! When you pay for a game you expect it to play!!! The compatibility pack doesn't work!

    This is such bs... 50 bucks season pass and can't play exo zombies for the first 2 days.. Re downloaded everything and still nothing.. Your messages are bogus and nothing is fixed still...

    Yeah I deleted everything 3 times and still is the same issue with exo zombies, but my youngest son seen a loop. Sign in with a non xbox live account, then play aw, let the trailer run, and then you'll be able to sign in on your gold account and bingo. But
    must do it every time you sign out. It's easier to put the blame on someone else. Just man up and fix the problem.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies! This has been bubbled up to the proper teams who are working on getting this issue sorted. For more information, check out Activision's Unable
    to Access Exo Zombies Mode
    page. In the meantime I also recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

    • First, check your active downloads to ensure that all updates and compatibility packs are fully downloaded by pressing the Guide button from the Dashboard.
    • Select Games & Apps, then select Active Downloads.
    • Once you have verified that all downloads are complete, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
    • After you have cleared your cache, power cycle your Xbox 360 console.
    • Check to see if you are able to access the Exo Zombies.
    We will make sure to update this thread when we have more information to provide. Thank you for your patience!
