    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    There is an issue on Xbox's end earlier but they just updated and it should be fixed by now. Please perform a powercycle on your console and then check again.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    Are NHL 11 servers expected to shut down this fall?

    I have the feeling that they do it because they are going to refurbish them to be used with NHL 13.

    That seems to be the pattern although I haven't seen anything mentioned yet. I imagine the will be shut down shortly after NHL13 is released but that's just my opinion.

    when EA shuts down their servers for games, why can't we host the games on our 360s? why can't the online modes fall back to microsoft servers? just because a game is old, does not mean people won't play it. and game company's have a duty to keep the online
    mode alive through the life of the console. once microsoft discontinues the 360, then game company's can shut down servers. until then, they need to keep the servers active.

    sir, you may have faster speeds, but Microsoft does not believe in spending money to properly upgrade its servers. my speeds on my xbox one have been slower since November last fall. I suspect the servers may have been intentionally slowed down so as to
    avoid overwhelming their service. there are millions of subscribers to xbox live, after all. and a lot of them are online at the same time...
