Server Lag

    Any chance we will see some servers in Canada? Lag usually starts at 60ms for the closest US server!!!

    Call of Duty: Ghosts will have dedicated servers

    Quite honestly there can still be lag. Dedicated servers dont typically negate lag issues. However,there will
    be no more host advantage and host dashboards. Your connection will determine if you lag or not.

    Same here ,joined in a euro server, bots were lagging around really bad, will leave it a few days and see if it improves as i enjoyed what i could play.

    You are pretty far apart from the rest of the world bud, but i'm sure that servers already exist in Canada, i think you'll find this is more a respawn issue. I believe (i may be wrong tho) they are in charge of which servers to rent/buy in each area...

    You may have to contact Microsoft/respawn directly to clear this up.

    Defiance beta available, no NDA, it's fun so far.

    there is no hosting with servers. xbl doesn't use servers for most games. if someone lags in a server match they will appear to stop moving most of the time and do nothing

    if you were to play against me and I lagged in a game where a server runs it, if i start lagging I'l probably be standing in place, you shoot and kill me. i lag, i lose. even if 99% of the people lag out, you will be able to play just fine.

    I would assume so. It's just that instead of having P2P servers (lag, modders) all games will be on dedicate servers (which means no lag or modders).

    EA games are currently running off EA servers, not sure about COD, but BF4 and PvZ Garden warfare are for sure running off ea servers, and for that reason i assume madden. Lag is either no existent or terrible, there is no .1 second lag, it is either no
    lag or 3 second lag if servers are new or full. Wish i could try a high action game with x1 dedicated servers, but have not, guess first one will be Titan Fall.

    I own BF4 on ps4 and x1 lag issue mentioned above is identical, but might be better on x1, or could just be in my head.

    hi try check you're speed of internet and the others in the party, maybe one of the member have slow speed and is affecting others
