Server Glitch or did I lose my minecraft account?

Hi!

So about a year ago, i bought myself a minecraft account. To login to minecraft, you need a microsoft account. Around 3 days ago, when i tried to login, it was showing me that 'This microsoft account doesnt exist, get a new one here'. I was pretty confused and i followed the steps to get myself a new microsoft account with the same email. After that, i was able to login to minecraft, but it said i didnt purchase the game. I need some way to either contact microsoft support team or a solution if any one of you know about this

Please help me fix this problem at the earliest!

If I mag ask, what game are you pertaining to? Is it Minecraft for Windows or Minecraft Java Edition?

Also, you may have used a Mojang account before which is different from Microsoft account. Kindly check it as well.

@Temhotabot - I have 2 friends that did the glitch and the hammer has already come down. I don't know if they were suspended from COD servers, but They do have the deaths and loses; but are online playing now. Yep they also lose life time leader board standings.

@Civalized - Yes xbox can handle any unfair game glitch, COD WaW infection as an example.

Sorry, this didnt help, right when i updated my nintendo switch and logged into my minecraft account all my skin packs and minecoins were gone i think the update did something and glitched my minecraft log in, other people have had this happen too!
