Server connectivity Blocked on Windows 10 Xbox App (Not Teredo)

For some reason my Server connectivity appears as "Blocked" and is causing me to be unable to connect to Xbox Live parties. I have tried all 6 of the solutions offered on the page which you are brought to after clicking "Click here for more information."
and more from other pages. There is not a problem with Teredo, but simply that for some reason my connection is blocked. There is also not a problem with firewall as I also tampered with that in an attempt to fix this problem. The results of all the offered
solutions in the page were exactly how the solution claimed it should be. There have been a few random rare occasions where I was able to join a party for some reason, but at the moment I am completely unable to. When I attempt to, it shows all the players
in the party and next to my gamertag it says connecting, which will eventually change to disconnected. This is also only the problem on my current computer, as my brother connects to parties fine from his Xbox One which I am unable to connect to.

Sorry to hear about the Server Connectivity Issue. When you get the chance, go ahead and try the steps listed on
Xbox
app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked.

Also, under the
Xbox Networking
there
should be an option to troubleshoot or "fix". Go
to Start
menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer


What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity?

Another step to try would removing the Microsoft account by going to
Settings, selecting
Accounts, and then selecting
remove
next to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when you
sign
in to the Xbox app.
