Server connection blocked for the xbox app on windows 10

For the past few days I've been trying every solution I could find to fix this problem. Going into Powershell to uninstall and reinstall the app, making sure my fire wall is not blocking anything, all xbox services are on, ETC. I've had 2 cases where it
seemed it was fixed only to go back to the same problem. It will start out with Teredo unable to qualify and the connection blocked. When hitting the Fix It button, the NAT Type will resolve but the connection will still be blocked and after a bit of time
Teredo will go back to being unable to qualify. Any help with issue would be appreciated immensely. The error I code I get on the xbox app every once in a while is (0x409) 0x80080005 and I haven't seen anyone talk about this one specifically.

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

I would suggest looking over our article when

I've tried this one a couple times and none of it works.

 

Have you tried rebooting your modem/router ?

 

I have, theres no problem with connecting to the internet or any other app.

 

Someone at Microsoft needs to escalate this issue and let us know what is going on. We spent $60-$100 on this game and have been left in the dark about whether anything is even being done about the network connectivity issues with FH4 and windows 10. Not
only is this support community filled with network issues, but the threads over at forzamotorsport dot net continues to grow with people that can't play online.
