    I can know why it is almost impossible to be able to contact you and that in addition it is necessary to speak in English. Isn't there a French community on xbox? And the ban on your console is a robot taking care of that or what? We get killed by people
    on cooperative games and it's us who get banned ( because we were bad) pls even psn has better support than xbox! Check the ban if it is right or not, but not completely unfair ban or if it is the other that should be ban.

    It did that to me a couple times last night! But after about 5 minutes it let me go back into mm! It is better after the patch! But still has a long ways to go
