Seriously??

Hi so I just got off a communication ban for a first offense that was two weeks.Ive been a member since the beginning of xbox liveand just got off my ban so Im wondering how Im back on a ban after only two days.In fact I filed a complaint against someone
who I have recorded video proof of their unspotsmanlike conduct yet im on a ban?For two weeks?The first time I tried to use the site to apply for a review nothing happened.Just like Im sure thats going to happen this time.What the heck is what Im wondering
ive only played one game since being off my ban and I did talk some **** to one guy so apparently him and his buddies all can make or break it? Seriously two weeks?I have the video of why I talked **** to him but yet me being a supporter since xbox was just
trying to become something and getting a two week ban for this is ridicolous.

They lured you in a trap and you went in.

Never talk bad or haras someone.

Be smart and report those who cheat or haras you. That's the only way to go.

If you have video proof and you reported him/them as well, things will be taken care of om both ends.

Also be aware that the enforcement team isn't on the forums here. You will get no support from them here.

 

Sorry to hear you were suspended. However, the PET do not use these forums. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the suspension and open a case
review with the PET.

As for your video proof, I wanted to let you know that the PET do not use outside sources in their investigations.
