Seriously everytime i trun around there something wrong with this trash xbox one. Just bought myself a new portable hard drive and now am getting a error code 0x80040900. Dont try to give me all that script Microsoft gives you read off cause nothing works
i tryed everything. And of course i cant get hold of Microsoft cause they only expect [mod removed] phones calls now which is [mod removed]. Now this **** xbox is freezing at home screen wow. I am never going to buy a xbox again or anything Microsoft related
this is getting really stressful and annoying that this can work properly and always have to fight with this xbox to work.

I usually save this as a last resort but have you tried a factory reset of your xbox? Maybe a full reboot of the system might fix the issue, worth a try if you have nothing left to lose. Best of luck

have you gone through the xbox support website? Not just the trouble shooting but progressed it through to speaking to someone at Microsoft? if not I would recommend that is your next move.

It doesnt give me any other options expect to talk to a gamer or post in the community.

Change your topic and category until it does. I just did "Subscriptions & Billing" "Can't redeem a code" and got options for phone support and chat.
