    serious "syncing" problem our account, xbox live gold subscription and other devices


    We've had an xbox live gold account for quite some time- first on our xbox 360, aswell as our Xbox1 we purchased 4 months ago. yet whenever I've signed into our microsoft account to try and manage things like syncing up our xbox360 device to be able to use
    and play the purchased subscriptions that weve downloaded intially our to xbox1. So thats not only frustrating and confusing, it's also unfair from a cost standpoint! To make there "syncing" issues worse, it doesnt look like our long-standing xbox LIVE subscription
    is configured correctly.... Im not sure how to expalin to well- but it seems like whenever im on this site and logged into our LIVE account (more specifially when I try to sign up for xbox rewards program), this site tries to run my credit card like im new
    subscriber that doesnt already have a live subscription...

    HELP!!!

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    XBOX Gold live does not work eventhough I have a subscription

    Hello there, we have an issue with our XBox Live Gold subscription. It is valid and also shown on our MSN account. However when we are starting a game which requires XBOX Live Gold the game does not start.

    Instead we are guided to the page where we can purchase a XBOX Live Gold. Anyone had a similar Problem?

    Once we were able to get a game with gold successfully it will not be removed from our account but we should have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to continue playing the game.

    If it's asking you to buy the game with an active Xbox Live Gold subscription it means that it is obtained using a different Microsoft account.
