Serious question on marketing

First off I wanna say shout out to xbox for supporting the lgbt community but since there's constant ads that don't care if you click show like this and I've never once seen or heard xbox care about any other minority I'm curious as to why there's constant intrusive marketing and ads for lbgt community even tabs in the storefront to buy games specifically for them while my community (black americans) are completely ignored. I don't care about in game stuff like hairstyle or skin color cause there's always only 2 or 3 black hairstyles or features but why is it there's an entire store page where I can find lgbt games that let them feel included but there's nothing at all for black people. I've noticed this is prevalent throughout a few different gaming sites/consoles and I'm honestly wondering why is it that lgbt are represented while black people arnt even included?

Also the link you provided was just a list of things Microsoft is doing I don't care about token gestures I'm asking how can I get black content to be advertised in the same way you guys advertise lgbt content if I'm gonna see ads on my Xbox homepage I'd like it to be ads I'm atleast interested in. The whole point of my original question is based on xbox and gaming in general not social outreach stuff that is honestly done for PR and tax write offs.

Honestly, I've only seen the Pride stuff during June. I haven't seen any of that prior to June 1 and in a few days it'll be taken down.

And then decided to get rid of it? I've seen xbox pushing lbgt stuff for a long time now and I've never once seen anything like a storefront showing me black games. I remember it showing black lgbt games but not games for just normal black people. Right now I can go to the Xbox store and even though there isn't even a tab for survival games there's one for lgbt yet nothing for any other minority I'm just curious why is that? And before you say pride month this has been on the storefront and I've been getting lgbt ads for months I legit just wanna know how as a black person my community can be treated by xbox the way you treat the lgbt community

I'm not saying it needs to be taken down at all I'm just saying if people click show like this they should see less at the very least. Also I really can't tell what's what you gotta say and what's honest cause your literally the first person I've talked to that hasn't noticed this. You do a 1 minute Google search you'll find people asking similar questions and having similar conversations throughout all of this year
