serious problems with call of duty ghosts game

Purchased the game and was working great, loved playing it and then all of a sudden when it tries to load the game I get the black screen of death. Every time I put the disc in and try to load it I get the same thing and no matter how long I wait, if I leave
it and go home it shows resume call of duty. Have tried my other game Forza 5 and it plays great so leads me to believe it is not the XBOX ONE but the game it's self. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it doesn't work. Any suggestions
would be great other wise I am returning this and will never be a Xbox customer or call of duty customer again!

I've been having a similar problem and can't figure it out. I play and then hit save and quit but I can never resume game. The resume game option is locked and I can only go to mission select and start from the beginning of the last level I played. Really
annoying.

I recently got Call of Duty Ghosts for the xbox one. I did everything like normal, put in the disc and let it load, waited for a ridiculous amount of time for it to be ready and started playing, everything was fine. I got pretty far and decided to go to
bed so I saved my game and turned off the console, I went to play again the next day and nothing is saved. To add to that, everything seems almost reset (I get the screens at the beginning telling me to adjust the brightness and screen size.) I thought there
might have been a problem with the instillation so I uninstalled and re-installed it, but it's still doing the exact same thing and I just have no idea what to do. If anyone else is having this problem or knows what to do it would mean so
much to me.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem
