Serious preview update bug!!!! Factory RESET!

If anyone doesn't mind re downloading games and updates, try a factory reset in the settings. It helped me with the sound cutting out for a second at a time. I've left the preview update now. Too many bugs and downloads to be worth the hassle.

Are you in the preview program ?

I personally havent had games disapear but i do know there was a bug in a recent update that they are tracking that was causing this. If you are in preview report the issue and games that are missing from the report a problem on the console that will send
the data to the devs for them to look at.

A other option would be to try a full factory reset to rebuild the list. You could also consider leaving the preview if your not happy with the issues/bugs.

It's definitely a preview program bug. It's affecting EA access and game previews. I'm trying to buy ARK in this sale but to no avail. Ibe manually updated the console, no luck. I've opted out of preview and factory reset, no luck there either. In fact it
kept the preview OS after the reset.

I guess the only thing we can do for these games would be to opt out and wait for Microsoft to unenroll us. In my case, before the sale ends hopefully.

A Factory Reset, is NOT a solution though. Because its only temporary. I've did 3 factory resets, but the problem WILL keep coming back. There is an installation limit bug somewhere. I thought it was fixed in the preview update, but its not. I just
got the installation stopped error as we speak. And I have been on top of this for 2 weeks. The support staff even locked the thread it was being discussed on last time. They locked it in the preview forums too.

I am giving up.

Probably update bug.

Simply do a factory reset and reinstall the whole thing.
