    Serious issue on Assassin's Creed Valhalla - All save files disappeared (Xbox Series S)


    Just happened what described above

    Starting the game after 270+ game hours... everythig seems to be a brand new installation

    Only the "start a new game" option is available.. the Ubisoft Connect po-up suggest to subscribe.. the game is asking to review the game option before to start.. just like the first time the game is launched

    This is serious.. how can I get back to saved game files?

    I recently bought Valhalla and I’ve been grinding the game and have purchased cosmetics. At a certain point it started telling me it could not sync data and I needed to delete all of my saved data, but it only happens when I play assassins creed Valhalla. I’ve already tried deleting my saved data from Xbox, and unplugging everything.
