Serious Gamerscore Drop

I called Xbox customer support and they told me to come here and create a new post, so here I am.

For the second or third time, my gamerscore has dropped a drastic amount. This time, it dropped from over 150,000 to 139,956, and it’s pretty aggravating. If I put the work in playing games, I deserve to receive the credit I’m due. Very frustrating, and
the fact that this is apparently a problem that eludes Microsoft only compounds the error.

Gamerscore drop

I don't think it would be that particular game would be the culprit, just more of a coincidence. You are describing a 1500 point drop after gaining 30 achievements; the game with the season pass has 1300 points with 70 achievements. You may want to look
at some other games and their achievement lists to see if everything is correct. Some games require an online verification to pop, so if you find some missing achievements try opening those games with your console connected to XBL.

If it is not a Gamerscore correction listed on enforcement.xbox.com it is a glitch that will correct itself within a few days.

A high gamerscore is not a prerequisite for the gamer spotlight, chief. And yes, that is serious.

Yeah,there have been others who've reported this.I reported it myself 6 times via my console & in the Insider forums.

The main thing is to report it via your console which you have done.

Yeah,you can carry on earning achievements.

No idea why this happens but I have seen a few people have exactly the same thing & their Gamerscore came back.

Just looked at your games & it doesn't look like a Gamerscore reset.

I have seen this from time to time recently with other people.It should just correct itself within the next few days.

If it hasn't gone back to normal by the weekend I suggest posting back but it usually sorts itself out within 72 hours.
