Series X Won't read Assassin's creed Mirage disc

I tried resettingmy console and everything and the disc still won't read, installed the game from my app and get an error that I don't own the game. Other discs work fine.

I'm in the same situation, I reset the Xbox, tried offline, tried to download the game remotely from the app, replaced the physical copy from the store twice, 3/3 didn't work.

Does anyone have a disc of this game that actually works? Found a bunch of posts online of people with the same issue. Doesn't seem like it ever got fixed.

Already tried that multiple times. I don't even get an error message it's like the xbox doesn't even recognize that the disc was inserted.

Hard reset your console by holding foe. the Xbox button on your controller and choosing restart

If that doesn't work you should exchange the disc if all others are working

I have had a case open with Ubisoft about this issue since the 24th October.

They contacted me recently and their manufacturing team have asked if I will send my copy for testing and are going to give me a code for a digital copy.
