Series x will not switch on

Had kept my console unplugged for a couple of weeks. I then tried to switch it on and it wouldn't. Tried different cables and wall sockets. Same work for other devices. Power port on console seems to show the pins deformed slightly. Signs of a power surge, even with a voltage protector being used. So how do I fix this? The Microsoft service website doesn't go to the service request page. It just stays there. My device is out of warranty. So no other way. And calling the customer service wasn't much help as they said a request has been raised but I got no mail. Been 2 days, after which they said that the ticket will be closed if there is no response. I cant respond to something I didn't receive. There isn't an official Microsoft exchange center in india. If there is one, it isn't listed anywhere. So now I am stuck with a device which is 3 months out of warranty, won't switch on, can't get repaired and I can't exchange it. Really doesn't inspire confidence to go to buy another Xbox in my country.

Define Switch. If it's a physical switch, that may be the issue.

Hi there. I have tried almost every possible method of restarting, resetting and everything inbetween. Ports are forwarded, etc.

The thing is, I have my Xbox One and Series X set up beside each other. Due to the Series X’s problems, I can switch off my Series X, and switch on my Xbox One, and have no connection issues.

Both playing on the same wifi, both wireless connection, with all the same settings (except the Series X is running on 120fps).

Something is not right with the Series X and I believe it’s more than just needing to reset my MAC address...

But the same account works on my switch. And don’t say oh use the switch I want tonuse the power of the series x on minecraft but its not working.

Thanks for the answer! I just just recently switched to One and still not in the know about all the news, but apparently you already need to switch to Series X)))
