Series x will not enter troubleshooting mode

My series x is not putting out a signal to the tv and i know the port is good because i got into troubleshooting mode once but my controller was unsynced and would not sync even with a cable hooking it up. Since then i have not been able to get into trouble shooting mode and honestly had to fight to get it into TS mode the first time. Im lost.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

I believe additional information is needed.

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you answer the following questions.

• To clarify, is your TV giving you an "Unsupported input" or "No signal" alert?

• Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

• Have you already tried using a different HDMI cable or a different HDMI port on your TV?

• Have you already tried booting your console in low-resolution mode to see if it will display the Xbox troubleshooter? like this:

- If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

- You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

- This will start up your console in low-resolution mode.

The 3 buttons are the buttons needed to enter troubleshooting mode on Xbox One Original (your case) One S, One X, and Series S/X.

Press and hold the eject + bind buttons and press and release the console power button while holding the other 2 buttons.

After hearing the second tone, release the buttons.

Before doing the command, I recommend removing everything from the console and just leaving the power cable and the HDMI cable connected to the console.

If you reach the troubleshooting screen, select ''reset'' and then keep the games and app.

If you still can't get into troubleshooting mode your console needs to be repaired.

You need GTA Online to play Story Mode. On the Series X|S Story Mode is DLC.
