Series X well not play online.

Thank you for your response. I would agree that this has something to do with the ISP since the hotspot did worked when you test it.

Thanks for the answer, I will take a look at what else you have suggested and get back to you.

A. I tried that, didn’t change any.

A. I will have to talk to Sky Broadband about firmware up dates, but it’s a brand new box and they say they keep it up to date.

A. All normal and correct.

A. I have tried this, but it didn’t work.

Q. Do you have a Game pass Core/Ultimate Subscription that is required for some games to play online?

A. I have Game pass Ultimate which is up to date.

I’ve tried disabling IPV6 with no affect.

My UPnP is enabled.

I will have to look in how to change DNS server.

I think this is something to do with Sky Broadband no matter what they say..

Well because GTA online is an series x game NOT an Xbox one game
