Series X slow and unresponsive at times

I don't believe my console is enrolled, but I'm not 100 percent on that. It does still act slow and unresponsive even offline, and all my games seem effected.

You can review this by downloading and opening the Xbox Insider Hub and going to Settings > Manage Devices, locating your device marked (current), selecting it, and then selecting Done.

If your console is not enrolled, before considering sending the console to Microsoft for a repair, I encourage you to perform an offline update.

However, before that, I would like to ask some questions:

Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?
Do you experience this problem when you put your console in offline mode?
Is the issue happening when you try to open this specific game, or are more games affected by this problem?

Thank you for your help. I believe I found the problem. I did a factory reset again and started trying all my games. One would not load at all. So I uninstalled the game. So far it is workings like brand new. So, once again thank you for your help.

Didn't remove everything as not re downloading so much again.

Seems to fixed itself, its not the first time its done this but didn't last almost 2 and a half days the other times... It starts with slow unresponsive UI then slow downloads then, the "live" panels on the UI stop working. never had issues with the One/S/X this is my second series X with issues related to connection.
