    Hello i am so confused with whats happening with my series x, i got the preorder, but i havent gotten any information since it went through except for getting charged last night, for status it still says pre ordered with nothing else. Customer support
    keeps transfering me and then the call gets hung up, help please!

    It also states that if you have a Series X to take extra precaution because they are not responsible for any shipping damages and we all know how shipping companies treat packages.

    That doesnt mean use the original box to ship it in though.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. As i am aware, no Series X consoles has shipped to any youtubers. A Empty casing of the Series S/X systems has been sent out to specific media though, including some big youtube channels.
