    Series X Shipping Address debacle...


    So after 45 min of trying to preorder the new Series X on the Microsoft Store back in September I was lucky enough to get one.

    Then I moved.

    Then I spent literally hours on the phone and online with Microsoft support (and transfered to pretty much every department) only to be told they would not change my shipping address to my new one.

    So essentially, I was given the option of either losing my preorder or shipping it to the wrong address.

    I've been a supporter of XBOX since its inception, so it's very frustrating and disappointing to receive no help for such a simple request.

    I'm to the point that I'm not sure that I want to keep supporting Microsoft since they clearly don't care about me as a customer. There is no excuse for punishing a customer just because they moved.

    Anyone else have this problem and find a solution?

    GLS shipping? item isn't showing up

    Unfortunately, it took me raising a case with attorney general before I got my money back from the GLS debacle. I did note that for xbox series x they used UPS for shipping which went smoothly. They used gls for the controller however.

    I cannot select a shipping address in the "Device Service & Repair" pop-up when requesting warranty service on XBox series One X.

    I've got the exact same issue except it's for my Xbox Series X. Cannot progress past the shipping address section, "next" button does nothing! I've tried different browsers and still the same result. Unable to request repairs for Xbox under warranty!

    I've tweeted a bunch of times, called every department I can, and still can't get through to anyone that can help.

    One contact of mine thinks that they clearly over extend on the pre-orders so they're hoping people like us that need to update the address just cancel the orders.

    How is it possible that a multi-billion dollar company can't update a ship-to address 6 weeks before the order is set to deliver?
