    Series X/S Controller freezing whilst still having power


    I was on forza horizon 5, I joined a race then my controller just became unresponsive, no button worked, I’d looked to see if anybody was having this issue and apparently people was having this issue 3 years ago. I contacted Xbox support and the person told me to revert the update on my controller, and then it never gave me an option to revert it after it opened the accessories app, he then said this is the first time he’s heard of it and that it must be a rare issue. I not even had the controller for a year and it’s already freezing

    The problem happened to me a lot and the batteries are new, and i did power cycle, The device and the control were updated

    nope, series s or x only, even pc's way more powerful than the series x still struggle, it would be like stop motion on the original xbox one and s models.

    No. It is still having the same problem unfortunately. I did the power cycle on the One S and reinstalled minecraft for series x.

    Which Xbox do you have, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X or Xbox Series X or S? Not all of them are multi-voltage. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One will need either a power converter or a power supply for your region. As for the Xbox One S, Xbox One X and Series X or S, they are multi-voltage, and should work fine with the correct power cable.
