    Series X regularly disconnects from stable network.


    Hope this is OK here. For months my Series X randomly disconnects from the Internet. There is never a problem with the Internet, my laptop/phone etc will stay connected. The problem seems to be getting worse, last night I disconnected 3 times during the last act of Diablo 4 and each time it put me back and I had to re do large sections and also had to kill the last boss twice.

    When it disconnects all the tabs at the top of the menu other than the first one grey out, friends list and chat etc. The box on the main screen always shows up saying connect to the Internet to see what your friends are doing but if I just wait it will never connect, I have to restart the console and it connects again.

    Any idea what would be causing this, I can't afford a new Series X right now but games are becoming unplayable (esp online pvp games as I just get kicked)? Any idea if it can be fixed?

    Hi.

    I have tried hotspots. While using it I didn’t encounter any issues. However, the issue isn’t always frequent. Some days I don’t have any issues, other days, like today. It disconnected 6 times. No other people in my family are encountering any issues like this, on the home wifi
