Do you know if the One x power cord is compatible with the x series?

I have the cable of the series behind the furniture and if I want to take the console to the room I cannot ... If the cable of the One x was compatible, I would have no problem moving the console from one place to another

If you have an Xbox One S or an Xbox One X, you can use its power cord with your new console. The power cord from the original Xbox One would not work with a Series S/X console.

It needs to be plugged directly into a wall socket.

Do not plug it into a surge protector as it can cause issues.

Xbox consoles have a built in surge protector so need to worry on that front.

It can be plugged into either. Microsoft reversed their stance on that years ago.
