Series X power and sync button issue

Picked up my series x yesterday and I am having a few strange issues. First is that the console turns itself back on after holding xbox button down on controller then selecting turn off console. It doesn't happen all the time, but has already happened 4 times in the last 24 hours. Secondly, when this occurs I press the power button on the actual console to turn it off. Then the controller loses its sync with the console and I have to press the button on the console to boot up again. After this the sync button on the system stops functioning and the only way to repair the controller is to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. Has anyone else had this happen?

Do I need a new controller?

Hello ÚÑKÑØẄÑ ©, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with your Xbox Series X controller. Here are some possible solutions you could try:

Restart your Xbox console: Press and hold the power button on your Xbox console until it turns off. Next, disconnect the Xbox Series X from its power source. Turn off the Xbox controller and remove its batteries. Finally, connect and turn on your Xbox Series X.

Restart the controller: Press and hold the power button on the controller for several seconds until it turns off. Then turn it back on.

Pair the controller with the console again: Press and hold the sync button on the console until the power button flashes. Then, press and hold the sync button on the controller until the lights on the controller flash.

    Best regards.

My xbox series x won't connect to my TV and won't sync with my controller I have tried changing hdmi and battery's in controller are charged

Hello MainTarsier447, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

I'm sorry you're going through this.
Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both your Xbox Series X and your TV. Try different HDMI ports on your TV and make sure they are working properly.

If the issue persists, you can try resetting the video settings on your Xbox Series X. To do this, press and hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Then press the power button again to restart the console.

If the controller does not sync automatically, you can try to sync it manually. To do this, press and hold the sync button on the front of the console (next to the USB port) and at the same time press and hold the sync button on the top of the controller. Wait a few seconds and both devices should sync.

    Best regards.

Xbox Series X power button blinks rapidly when I try to power it on from controller and then it doesn't power on.

The rapid flashing of the power button on the Xbox Series X indicates that there may be an issue with the console's power supply or the internal hardware.

Can someone help me re sync my controllers ?

    Sync the Controller:
To sync a wireless controller with your Xbox, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on.
Press and hold the small sync button on the front of the Xbox Series X console (located near the USB port).
While holding the sync button on the console, press and hold the sync button on the controller (located on the top near the Xbox button).
Release both sync buttons when the controller's Xbox button starts flashing. The controller should now be synced with the console.
