    Hey guys... I hope I'm not getting the runaround with this one.

    Back in September for the uk preorder of the series X I was given an order number. When I tried to pay it kept failing. 6 hours later I got in touch with a support member. I was told that I was guaranteed a series X next drop.

    So, today I have been on again to a support chap who has reiterated that it is true and that they will email me a link to get in touch with customer support (as it's them who process orders) and I'll be able to pay today

    Still not had the email, really dont want to have to sit in another 185 person queue to ask for the email...

    Is there anyone else in the same boat as me... swirling around in limbo

    I'm having the same issue, it won't process the payment. I do have an order number. And hope that I don't forfeit the xbox series x on my cart. I'm at the place order screen.

    Yes I did cancel the order and reorder but I’m still confused on why I got my money back on the first order did it run out or did they decline my payment?

    Given how quickly pre-orders sold out, the general state of Series X (non-Halo) availability and the fact it's a Limited Edition...I would be surprised if it went on general sale at all. I highly doubt that MS can produce enough to satisfy pre-order demand by the 15th

    This is not accurate. Ive pre ordered items before with my balance and others have pre ordered the series x with their balance or had MS change theor payment option to their balance after the fact. There is an issuewith the payment system currently thst
    theybhope to have resolved by next week. Though ive gotten a nimber of explanations from support agents that vary from “you cant” to “texh issue”.
