Series X Not Launching Any Game

Hello all

I bought a Xbox Series X yesterday and whenever I try to launch any game, it crashes after game passes the main menu. Sometimes, console shutting down itself. And sometimes it brings me a horrific white screen before crashing. Especially trying to lauch BF 2042. Any ideas on what could be the issue? I think the GPU fault.

Some notes: The main fan inside never gets loud while starting a game, and console never gets hot. My main monitor is an LG 2K 165 Hz monitor, though I tried other monitors including a 1080p one and a early 2000's 720p kitchen TV even. Its a brand new product (Production Date : October 2022) and just bought yesterday... What a bad beginning

Xbox series x I have tried restarting my console.When launching the game it doesn't give any prompt just a flash as if it's about to launch.

Hello again, thanks for the return, if it really is a GPU (hardware) issue send the console to microsoft warranty.

You access the site above and register a new device using the serial number. you find behind your console.

Then in MORE DETAILS, look to request repair, Start Online Service.

To mail it to Microsoft.

I've got my replaced Series X today. Microsoft just changed it in just 1 day. And with my new console everything looks okay. Just console changed. Same cables, same joystick and same monitor. This explains that the error was purely hardware problem. And %90 faulty VRAM chips. (Who producing these for Microsoft idk but probably Samsung or Hynix)

I couldn't. I bought that console from Switzerland / Zurich MediaMarkt. And after I bought the console, I returned my home. Zurich is now 2500 km away from me

Thats why i created support ticket from Microsoft.

Thanks for your reply. I did it. Even with fully restore. I didn't have any save files anyway. I couldn't play games on the device even

Just bought yesterday. After the full reset, installed Grounded from Gamepass for quick try. Same, and same. Game starts. Selecting player and pressing start game. Console freezes instantly and after 10 seconds returning to dashboard... GPU issue Georges. When the game triggers GPU for loading a game, console crashes. It's a clearly hardware error...
