    Series X not detecting Razer Turret wireless dongle.


    Help. Not sure what the issue is. Ive updated and restarted the console. Tried every USB port and no luck. The Series X just never seems to see or detect the wireless dongle.

    Unfortunately, there are no offical Xbox One mice that can directly connect to the Xbox One without a reciever.

    Even the
    Razer Turret keyboard and mouse combo     that's specifically made for the Xbox One has their own receiver dongle.

    So to answer your question: You don't/can't use a wireless mouse on the Xbox One without a receiver.
    Correct, I am using a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard with a dongle, there is no other way to connect a mouse wirelessly.

    I would recommend you take it back if you wanted a wireless headset as the Nari Ultimate is the PC & wired version. I don’t think it will work on the Xbox One if you brought the wireless dongle and I would tread with caution before committing to the purchase.
    I would reach out to Razer to see what they would recommend/ if they can confirm if the dongle will work for you.
