Series X Keeps Glitching And split second freezes + Remote Control Failure

To play Gears of War 2 split screen on the Xbox Series X with a guest account, try the following steps:



1. Connect a second controller to your Xbox Series X.

2. Launch Gears of War 2.

3. Press the start button on the second controller to sign in as a guest account.

4. Once the guest account is signed in, press the start button on the first controller to start the game.

5. From the main menu, select "Campaign" or "Horde" mode.

6. Once you have selected your game mode, press the start button on the second controller to join the game as a split-screen player.



That's it! You should now be able to play Gears of War 2 split screen on your Xbox Series X with a guest account.

Followed instructions but nothing happend. The game was set to offline, left stick clicked down and neither split screen appeared nor second remote controller can be connected...

are you trying to split screen on the x-box 360? if so try just turning on the second controller.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

couldn’t they made the Xbox series x controller have a rechargeable battery built in like the ps5 and nintendo switch controller. Rechargeable tv remotes. Should be a thing.
