    Hi everyone.

    So I purchased the Series X probably about a month after launch. Everything was fine for about a month then I started to get random crashes in game. I eventually sent it back following the same feedback from a Reddit user.

    Got it back and it was worse about 10 days later. Now every game was crashing on me that was on game pass. I followed some steps they wanted me to troubleshoot for about an hour. Everything from resetting, trying different TVs and cables, plugging into the wall directly etc. literally tried everything.

    I am sending this one back again to get my third Xbox but I don’t think it will solve anything. Has anyone else had any similar experiences? The crash happens with all the games I’ve tried. About 6 of them in total including some that we’re ok when I first received it. My next step is to ask for a refund. I do have the PS5 as well and that is working without any issues.

    I've sent my Series X to Microsoft and with the new one I've never had a problem, no crashes. I suggest everyone who is struggling with this issue to call Microsoft.

    This is exactly whats happening to me while playing Infinite, did you ever get your problem fixed?
    I don't know if it's just halo infinite, but that is all I played. I sent in my xbox series x to get a repair and they sent me new or refurbished one. It was another halo edition series x with a different serial number.
