Series X Guide/UI lag when downloading/updating games

Since the system last update launched, every time I update or download games all of the games in the guide disappear. The UI then lags, making it so I can’t view the download queue, and can’t launch games or apps until I do a full power cycle. I did a system reset (keeping games and apps) and cleared the cache but those things haven’t helped. Any ideas? I saw that there may be widespread issues with slow guide population, hopefully this will be fixed

I understand you need help Xbox console problem.

Try to do a reset on the Xbox and deleting everything to start fresh and see if that helps.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and delete everything.

If that does not help, your console may already be having a hardware or software issue.

LOL - Xbox is just out of warranty. Grrr. Service fee not good.

I am having the same issues too. Reset, cleared cache, etc. Nothign working. Games are taking forever to load, then lag.

I think the xbox one ui is pretty good but maybe some updates to it for the xbox series x
