Except that the OP is running an Insiders build (the OS build information is the latest Insiders update) so your advice will likely lead to a broken console!

What the OP posted is a match to the lastest Omega ring update (also seems to match all the updates from all the rings) from 4th February, unless I am missing something:

If you are using an external hard drive, unplug it from the console and don't plug it back, and then perform a factory reset with the option to remove everything.

If that doesn't work, and also, the offline system update didn't work then sadly, your console needs repair.

A patch to fix controllers disconnecting on the Series X was released some months back. As for the current Alpha build, unfortunately I don't know when that will be released or if it will address the issue at all.
