    Series x disconnecting from xbox live


    I just recently got into the alpha skip ahead part of xbox insiders. This has been an issue since I got a series x in December 2020 but for some reason the series x for me at least disconnects from xbox live completely for no apparent reason at all. I have talked to one other person on the xbox that has had this problem but that's about as far as it goes in terms of people who also experience this to my knowledge. I entered the alpha skip ahead part hoping that this issue would've been addressed or something but no it wasn't. So after submitting reports 3 or 4 times now and a good few xbox updates I am surprised to see that this issue has not been listed under "known issues" at the very least. The disconnect issue happens alot more frequently when I am in a party with my friends. Can anyone help me with this issue like at all please?

    You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

    • Changing my NAT Type from Moderate to Open

    • Disconnecting and reconnecting my Battlenet ID from my Xbox account

    • Port forwarding ports from Overwatch 2 directly to my router

    • Restarting my Xbox Series X

    • Deleting and reinstalling Overwatch 2

    • Restarting my router

    None of these things have worked whatsoever

    Vanguard Controller issue ...

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
