Series X crashing and I am not sure what to do

    Series X crashing and I am not sure what to do


    For some reason, I cannot play a game of online play now on NBA2k21 (next gen) without the game crashing, I can play every other mode on the game with almost no issues (game crashes when I go to mycareer practice mode). I don't have this issue with any other next gen games. I've tried redownloading the game and that didn't fix my issue. What should I do? Is this a console issue or is this a game issue?

    Xbox is on but no screen on the tv

    i had the same problem with the black screen and now it keeps crashing... even when i do the offline update it crashes..The funny thing about this problem is that it all started after the 2year guarantee ended about 2 weeks later. 500Euros for the best
    console (Xbox X) my ****.... i´m not sure if it is worth buying the New X Series

    I am having a similar issue. I get into a game and the game crashes and brings me back to hom home screen. I am on a series X and purchased the game.

    Forza horizon 5 syncs and I can play on cloud play but when I install the game it syncs then crashes on loading screen Xbox series x

    Installed fh5 again it syncs starts loading then still crashes the save can't be corrupt because it works on cloud play Xbox series x don't know what to do
