    Series X crashed and now can’t run any games


    I was playing Cold War on my Series X that I got two months ago and it suddenly crashed and turned off and when I turned it back on I noticed that it can’t open any games anymore. I have tried resetting it multiple times but no luck. I don’t know if this is the right place to report something like this but any help would be appreciated.

    EDIT: It can run Minecraft but that’s the only game it will open.

    Why does Starfield keep crashing on my series x?

    It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

    I’ve reported the problem , sadly mines completely unplayable, can’t manage one game without graphical glitches , then it crashes the game completely, had to go back to my old one S instead of enjoying it on my series x, hope this problems going to get resolved soon for all the ppl that can’t play there console and game as intended

    can I play my PC games on Xbox series x?

    You would have to purchase them for the console in order to play them on the console.
    So, I can’t run them via Ea App or origin, transfer them or any other way on xbox series x?
