    Series X Controller on PC Connectivity Issues


    My new series x controller is updated and charged up. Tried this on multiple computers, same outcome. While connected via bluetooth, the controller occasionally disconnects for a few seconds. This happens with bluetooth built into the computer AS WELL as the wireless adapter that is sold by Microsoft. My devices are not in power saving mode either. Apparently connectivity issues are common with this device and need to be addressed. Does anyone have a workaround in the meantime besides using it wired?

    The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

    Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

    Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

    Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.

    Hi,

    Almost any USB C to USB A cable (your standard USB Phone/tablet charge cable) will work fine for PC or console gaming with a Series X type controller. I use a 2M USB C cable to connect my Series X controller to my PC.

    I don't have any Bluetooth issues, but using a cable does avoid changing the batteries so much. šŸ˜

    But I want to connect a wired controller to my X Box series X,using somithing simular.

    I am sorry your facing an issue with the Series X.

    Can you confirm whether it is the controller not connecting to the Series X or the Series X not connecting to the TV?
