Series x controller disconects

My series x controller keeps disconnecting, restarting, loosing audio through the headset, and audio glitching. I have done everything and it won't solve the issue. Other controllers work fine.

To be clear, this started two days ago and happens every 10-20 seconds. I have held down the Xbox button for 10 seconds, I have restarted the Xbox, I have force updated the controller and console, I have held down the pair button on the controller for 20 seconds, and I am all out of ideas.

Thank you for your quick response! I have actually managed to recreate the issue and have found that it was the headphone jack not making a proper connection cause the pins were slightly bent. I took it apart and and bent the pins up so they get a better connection and so far it is working perfectly and I can't recreate the problem anymore. But if I do have more issues I will definitely revert the firmware. Thanks again!

That is good to hear. So it was just the headset afterall. It thought it was the controller already because other controllers do not have issues. Anyway, thanks for the update and enjoy gaming!

I understand you need help with your controller having some issues.

Try reverting the firmware of the controller to see if this can help:

If that does not help after doing all the steps, I would already suggest sending the controller in for service.

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
