Series x console reset, micro not recognising email

Are you absolutely sure you are using the same email and password you used on your other console?

Log in at this link and check if your subscription is active.

If it is not there, check any other accounts you have access to in order to identify which account the subscription charges are coming from so you can stop them.

Thank you, we have tried these options as well. On his XBOX console he can see the email assigned to his profile and the email is correct, but when we try to reset the password MS states that the email is not recognise

Yeah before getting the series x i had the series s with the same problem i tried to reset the console on the series s not on the x. On the series s it didn't work

I have a 1TB SSD installed in the back of my Series X, the official one. The setup was seamless as it was when I added one to my wife's Series S a while back.

The issue is that the Game Pass app for iOS doesn't recognise that my series X has the extra storage. So when I am trying to install games via the app I am being asked to make space, when I have tons left.

No such issues with the series S, the extra space is recognised.

I have the same problem. I bought it yesterday and it my series x won't recognise the disk. Returned it and same problem with new disk. Every other game disk I have works fine?

update

I just did a system reset and it's now installing the game from the disk
